Shipping and Policies

Welcome to My Snaptique™. It is our desire to provide you top quality and affordable Snap Jewelry & Apparel, but we do realize that mistakes can happen and we want to make those mistakes right as soon as possible. 

We accept credit, debit and Paypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

We also take cash at local events. Items are not sent until payment is cleared, if you are having a problem processing a payment feel free to contact me at mysnaptique@gmail.com

Custom Items: Custom Items must be paid in full before we can begin designing of said items. We do custom tees, can coolers, jewelry, Snap Charms Jewelry, Hair Bows and more. All Custom Sales are Final- no returns, refunds or exchanges are given on custom jewelry outside of errors belonging to My Snaptique™

Shipping:

Free Shipping on all retail orders $50 and more. 

Items are shipped in bubble wrappers and boxes if need be. We also wrap in tissue paper or more bubble wrap if it is required to keep your package safe. 

We ship to the address listed on your invoice that you fill out when you check out. We will provide you with a tracking number so you may track your package. If you are having an issue with receiving your package after we have sent it to be shipped you will need to contact USPS. We cannot see any more shipping information than the customer with the tracking number, but we will be happy to help you locate your package in any way we can. USPS shipping delays are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for them. Our 3-7 day processing time does not include shipping time. 

In stock items usually ship with in 3-7 business days. Custom items can take up to 2 weeks to ship once we have received an appropriate photo. Items ordered with custom items will ship with custom items. If you need to have your order shipped separate please contact us. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

Clothing & Accessories (not Snap Related): Clothing & accessories not related to Snap Charms  may be exchanged within 7 days of your receipt of purchase if they are unused, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags or packaging and are free of stains, smells and pet hair. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges except when the fault belongs to My Snaptique (ex- we sent the wrong size). You may exchange for the same item in a different size unless it is unavailable, then you may exchange for a similar item(s) with the same retail value. Undergarments and hair accessories including hats are non refundable/exchangeable. 

Snap Charms Jewelry:

Snap Jewelry may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt; you may contact us to exchange your product if you have experienced trouble from an item due to manufacturer defect. You may exchange for the exact same item or other items equaling the same amount. We do not offer refunds at this time. Unless otherwise stated our items are Rhodium plated and as with all rhodium plated jewelry tarnishing may naturally occur overtime. We recommend using a dry cleaning cloth to clean your items regularly. We do not recommend the use of liquid jewelry cleaners and the use of such will void your warranty.

Examples of manufacturer defect:

Non-functional clasp
Abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors or tarnishing from wear or time)
Jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly
Different from described length
Epoxy (adhesive – glass or crystals are loose)

This warranty does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear, accident or misuse (wearing in water, etc.). Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully for accuracy. To exchange an item purchased directly from a My Snaptique™ Representative, please contact them directly. If your Representative cannot be located, please contact us so we may assist you.

Please note, we carefully inspect all returned items for misuse and chemical substance before the warranty exchange is granted.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS:

Items that are received incorrectly, damaged in transit, break prior to wearing or have a manufacturing defect and are reported to My Snaptique™  within 30 days of shipment are eligible for exchange. If you purchased from a My Snaptique™ Rep you must see them for exchanges. Custom Snap Charms are guaranteed to never bleed, yellow or blur within the image when properly cared for lifetime of your snap. Getting your Custom Snap Charms wet in any way voids this warranty.  

ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR A DEFECTED PIECE AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY.

Replacements will be processed upon our receipt of faulty or damaged jewelry or item.

Exchanges must include a copy of the original invoice (or order number) along with any original tags or packaging.

Replacement items due to manufacturer defect ship free to customers at the expense of My Snaptique™.

Please do not contact a My Snaptique™ Representative for orders placed online as they do not have access to your order information.

Custom items are  non-returnable and non-refundable with the exclusion of manufacturer defect or if visual previewing is dramatically different from the actual personalized product as ordered. Online previewing is intended to represent how the final product will look, but subtle differences may occur.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us if you have ANY issues.

Wearing your jewelry in the bath, shower, pool or spa voids any and all warranties.

 

We reserve the right to change our policies as we see a need.
